VOLUNTEER
Each year, it takes a village of volunteers to pull off one of CDA's most exciting events, the annual gala. This year is extra special as Coram Deo Academy celebrates 25 years.
Join us on this rewarding adventure and serve alongside fellow Lions as we prepare for the event months ahead of time, set up on the day of, or even help the week following the gala.
INVITE YOUR FAVORITE BUSINESS
Download the Letter of Request and give to a business you frequently visit. Paper copies available on campus or request to have some mailed to you.
This year, we will have fewer auction items but of higher quality. Businesses who donate $100+ value items will have the option to display an advertisement with their auction item. Encourage businesses to donate items that represent their products or services in the best possible light and also will be popular with bidders.

The Super Silent Auction will highlight businesses who donate items of $250+ value. Many items on the Super Silent will be valued at up to $5,000.

Example: Borden Realty donated a Roomba vacuum and displayed an 8.5 x 11 advertisement next to it.

Example: GDS Wealth Management donated Tiffany Champagne Flutes and Custom Yeti Tumblers with Branded Materials beside the items.

Example: "Hammock Hideaway" Broken Bow Cabin Getaway promoting a CDA parent's Airbnb property.

Gift cards, certificates for services, or items to auction are welcome!

Donations valued less than $100 may be paired with other items in a package or displayed in the Gift Bag Pull. The business will still be promoted on the gala site, the auction software, and displayed at the gala.
Digital certificates can be emailed to development@cdalions.org. You can drop off donated items to any of the three CDA campuses or to the Central Office at 417 Oakbend Dr., Suite #250, Lewisville, TX 75067.
All items will be collected from now through March 1, 2024.
